The tournament will take place at Lakeview Terrace Park on Saturday, July 9th. Check in will begin at 9am and the first game will kick off at 10am.

- Max of 4 players per team
- Registration fee of $20/team (can mail payment or pay electronically)
- Must pay registration fee BEFORE day of event (you will receive confirmation of registration when payment is received)
